Monthly Meetings

We meet on the 3rd Monday of every month. We meet in various ways including in-person, Zoom and a hybrid of in-person and Zoom.

Visitor admission is $5, except for special guest presentations, when it is $10.

We have a Members show and tell at every meeting.  ‘Show’ means sharing of fibre related accomplishments. ‘Tell’ is the sharing of anything that may be of interest to members (shows, workshops, talks).

2025 Program Lineup (Subject to change) 

• Monday April 21 -In person meeting: Fibre Fling Review, Busy Hands Projects: Twigs and Yarn Brooch, Fabric Balls
• Monday May 19– In person meeting: Art Framing presentation, Post Fibre Fling update
• Monday, June 16– In person meeting – Bring in a small art piece – we’ll chat about them in small groups
• Monday, July 21-In person meeting-Annual “stash give-away”, bring a piece of art you want help with
• Monday, August 18– In person meeting – Field trip to Remic Rapids

Workshops

Fibre art workshops are hosted once or twice a year from a variety of talented artists from across Canada and internationally.

Playdates

Playdates are led by members for members, to learn, share, encourage and get inspired. Look for a notice of our next one, expected to be in in the Spring.
