Join us to learn, play, exhibit, and explore our artistic vision together!. Our community of Ottawa area artists create inspiring works of art with textiles, beads, dye, embroidery, felting, weaving, and more!

If you produce original fibre art and you are looking to grow as an artist consider attending an OOTB meeting or joining our group.

New members and visitors are always welcome to meetings for a $5 fee (or $10 if we have an outside speaker). If you decide to join us, the visitor fee will reduce the Membership fee)

Meetings may be in-person or virtual (Zoom).

In-person guests at meetings can pay by cheque or cash at the venue: City View United Church, 6 Epworth Ave, Nepean, ON.

Virtual meetings are by invitation only so a payment of the guest fee and your e-mail must be received by the Friday before our meeting to provide you with the link for the Zoom meeting.

Virtual guests should e-transfer their payment to our treasurer at Financial.OOTB@gmail.com.

Membership Fees

We are happy to welcome new members to Out of the Box Fibre Artists for an exciting 2023-24 season.

There are two steps to completing your membership: fill out the membership form below and pay the annual $45 fee. You can send an e-transfer to Financial.OOTB@gmail.com or pay by cheque or cash at any in-person meeting. New members may join at any time.

Responsibilities of membership:

Volunteers are essential to successfully run and enrich our organization. Our tradition is to rely on members to provide program content and artistic support so we actively encourage participation from each and every member.
